“Do not sit and wait for a saviour to come, be the saviour for the people in despair” – Abhot NaskarThe Tobago Library Services celebrates World Humanitarian Day. This day is observed on August 19th each year to acknowledge those persons who were killed in a bomb attack in the Canal Hotel in Baghdad, Iraq in 2003. In honour of the persons who died in the attack and as well as those who continue to put their lives on the line to help people in need.
