September is considered National Literacy month and the Tobago Library Services continues to celebrates the gift of reading and knowledge. 
On Wednesday 20th September, the Honourable Ayanna Webster-Roy participated in a storytelling session held at the Roxborough Branch Library.
Children from the Belle Garden Anglican School and the Roxborough Anglican School were invited to participate. They were also given the opportunity to read and tell their own stories dramatized by Minister Webster-Roy.
