Since 2016 through the School Library Unit, Tobago Library Services, has assisted Primary Schools in the refurbishment of School Library spaces and the provision of Library materials.

Nine (9) Primary Schools are supported by Tobago Library Services, School Library Unit  and seven (7) of those Schools have access to OPALS Library Management System which teachers and students can access remotely:
