Twenty years after the Tobago Archives became inaccessible due to the earthquakes of 1997, it was reopened to the public on June 26, 2019. This achievement was lauded as a significant milestone by many in attendance. The featured speaker was a well-known historian and Tobagonian Dr Rita Pemberton.
