PUBLIC NOTICE: Resumption of Limited Walk-In Services from September 20, 2021
Tobago Library Services announces the resumption of limited walk-in services from September 20, 2021 at the Scarborough Library and Roxborough and Charlotteville Branch Libraries.
Opening hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00am to 4:00pm.
Services available:
* Registration
* Lending (books and magazines only)
* Computer and Internet
Visits are limited to 1 hour per day
