The Susan Craig-James Heritage Library opened in 2015 at the Scarborough Library Facility as part of the expanded Tobago Library Services. It is a reference library and houses the West Indian collection – items written by West Indian authors or about the West Indies. Prominent and unique in this Library is the Tobago collection which consists of items written by Tobago authors and works about Tobago.

The collection includes books, serials, government publications, newspaper clippings, information files, pamphlets, and other publications.
