Welcome! Online Registration allows you to pre-register for a library card. You must have a valid email address to access this service. Simply complete the online form, then collect your library card at the Library you selected or the library closest to you.

1. Click REGISTER ONLINE
2. Fill out the form
3. For Postal code – if you don’t have a postal code enter 00000
4. For Phone number use the following format: 123-4567
5. For PIN – Personal Identification Number enter a 4 digit number to be used to access your library account
6. Click Register

A temporary user ID number will be sent to the email address you provided during signup.
Visit your library with the temporary user ID number and valid identification (National Identification Card, Passport or Driver’s Permit), one passport size photo and proof of current mailing address (utility bill, bank account or any other official document received through the mail within the last 3 months).

Remember to tell the library staff your registration was completed online.
Applicants 12 years and under must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to collect their cards.

You have 30 days from the date of your online application to collect your permanent card.
